★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente mi ero ripromesso di non usufruire più dei servizi di questa struttura, salvo poi ritornare per seguire il suggerimento del medico di famiglia.
Non è possibile che durante una vista personale della struttura entri senza bussare ed inizi a chiacchierare con coloro che sono impegnati nelle visite; non è possibile ricevere spiegazioni da asilo dal personale di segreteria incompetente e maleducato.
Non ci tornerò più nemmeno se mi pagano, anche perché di strutture simili ce ne sono tante!

Personally, I had promised myself not to use the services of this facility anymore, only to return to follow the suggestion of the family doctor.
It is not possible that during a personal view of the structure you enter without knocking and start chatting with those who are engaged in the visits; it is not possible to receive explanations from kindergarten from incompetent and rude secretarial staff.
I will not go back even if they pay me, also because there are many similar structures!
I strongly advise against it!
