Truly scandalous that in a surface of at least 500 square meters only one person is allowed to confer, thus creating waiting lines of over 3 hours although all the customers were all equipped with gloves and a mask

Disorganized. They do nothing to manage the queue intelligently. There is a lot of time in line even with few machines.
