★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raccolgo quotidianamente, come giusto che sia, l'olio esausto in modo da non gettarlo inappropiatamente. Mi informo sul modo corretto di smaltirlo e capisco che ci sono degli appositi contenitori all'isola ecologica più vicina a me. Mi informo, quindi, anche sugli orari di apertura (chiusura alle 18) e mi recò li alle 15.48 precise. Tutto chiuso, nessuno dentro. Una persona che abita lì di fronte mi informa che il pomeriggio, nonostante dovessero essere aperti, sono sempre chiusi e non c'è mai nessuno. Questa cosa si è ripetuta diverse volte e lo trovo del tutto scorretto.

I find out about the correct way to dispose of it and I understand that there are special containers at the ecological island closest to me. Therefore, I also inquired about the opening hours (closing at 6 pm) and I went there at 3.48 pm precisely. All closed, no one inside. A person who lives opposite informs me that in the afternoon, although they must be open, they are always closed and there is never anyone. This thing has been repeated several times and I find it completely incorrect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non è possibile valutare di meno: chiamo in mattinata al numero verde 800 862 994 per chiedere come é possibile smaltire due pneumatici di un motorino. La signora al telefono mi dice di andare all'Isola ecologica il martedì o il venerdì (i giorni variano a seconda del cognome) dalle 7:00 alle 18:00.... "Non si preoccupi.... Non c'è bisogno di appuntamento... sono solo due ruote". Arrivo all'Isola ecologica alle 13:15 ca. ed il responsabile mi dice che i pneumatici non li ritirano più da oltre un anno... richiamiamo il numero verde e la signora di prima..."Mi spiace non lo sapevo....?!"
Dopo più di un anno?????
É sul sito del comune e della società é ancora riportato, nell'elenco dei materiali fa conferire direttamente all'Isola ecologica, i pneumatici.
Dopo le mie rimostranze mi dice che contatterà direttamente il responsabile e mi farà sapere.... sto ancora aspettando!!!!!!
La signora del numero verde, tuttavia, gentilmente mi richiama più tardi scusandosi dell'accaduto...dichiarando la sua buona fede....
Non voglio mettere in dubbio la buona fede dell'addetta al numero verde (l'unica persona gentile) ma quello che é successo é grottesco.
Spero che chi possa intervenire faccia qualcosa.

It is on the site of the municipality and of the company and is still reported, in the list of materials it gives the tires directly to the ecological island.
After my grievances he tells me that he will contact the manager directly and let me know .... I am still waiting !!!!!!
The lady of the toll-free number, however, kindly calls me later apologizing for what happened ... declaring her good faith ....
I don't want to question the good faith of the toll-free operator (the only kind person) but what happened is grotesque.
I hope whoever can intervene does something.
