★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma possibile mai ogni volta ogni qualvolta devi smaltire una cosa in questa isola ecologica e’ un problema , una volta per smaltire un frigorifero piccolo quelli da camera sono dovuto andare 4 dico 4 volte !!!!!! , sabato per smaltire 2 poltroncine un problema grande quasi come il covid , ci sono 2 signore anziane che di gentilezza e professionalità non sanno dove abita parlano come fogne e sono scostumate un servizio per il cittadino che non funziona , poi dicono che. Si buttano i rifiuti per strada !
But it is never possible every time whenever you have to dispose of something in this ecological island it is a problem, once to dispose of a small refrigerator, those from the room had to go 4 I say 4 times !!!!!! , Saturday to dispose of 2 armchairs a problem almost as big as the covid, there are 2 elderly ladies who do not know where they live for kindness and professionalism, they speak like sewers and are disgraced a service for the citizen that does not work, then they say that. Waste is thrown on the street!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è stata sempre positiva; il personale si è sempre mostrato gentile e disponibile. A mio parere si dovrebbe incentivare questa modalità di conferimento dei rifiuti, anche con un sistema premiante.
My experience has always been positive; the staff was always friendly and helpful. In my opinion, this method of waste delivery should be encouraged, even with a reward system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per smaltire un frigorifero, mi viene detto di portarlo di persona, e ok, trova chi ti presta il furgone, trova chi ti aiuta, per fare cosa? Arrivare fin lì e riportarlo indietro perché non c'era il contenitore per posarlo? Non riesco a trovare epiteti adatti per descrivervi! Basita... e schifata!!!
I call to dispose of a refrigerator, I am told to bring it in person, and ok, find who lends you the van, find who helps you, to do what? Go there and bring it back because there was no container to put it down? I cannot find suitable epithets to describe you! Basita ... and disgusted !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero pessimi, un mucchio di persone sedute a rubare uno stipendio, buttare un televisore e avere la certificazione per il bonus TV sta diventando una faccenda più complicata che fare un mutuo! È la terza volta che vado, e i gentili addetti si ricordano ogni volta un documento diverso che devo presentare! Non stupiamoci che la città è sommersa dai rifiuti e che le tasse della spazzatura sono astronomiche!
Really bad, a bunch of people sitting around stealing a paycheck, throwing out a TV and getting certified for the TV bonus is getting more complicated than taking out a mortgage! It is the third time that I go, and the kind staff remember each time a different document that I have to present!
