Che dire, è un'isola ecologica: ci porti cose da smaltire che non puoi buttare con la raccolta differenziata di casa (ALMENO COSÌ FANNO LE PERSONE CIVILI), ti subisci la inevitabile puzza e te ne rivai. Il personale fa il proprio lavoro, spesso ti aiutano a scaricare i rifiuti e soprattutto controllano la regolarità dei pagamenti della TARI. Il centro è ben organizzato, dal mio punto di vista, si fa la fila per entrare in modo da non avere troppe persone tutte insieme all'interno, normalmente non c'è tanta gente, quindi l'attesa è davvero minima Staff always kind, my experience in this center is good, unlike others in Rome which in comparison ..... É la seconda volta che ci capita di arrivare lì alle 10.57 e noon ti fanno entrare dice do che l isola é chiusa. Dunque mi chiedo cosa ci stanno a fare gli orari di apertura e chiusura quando non vengono rispettati?!? Pessimo servizio. Inoltre per non parlare della confusione che si genera quando ci sono diversi utenti che devono usufruire del servizio. Boccio in pieno. Punctually ready to close always a few minutes before. In fila c'ero solo io con un sacchetto e mezzo di calcinacci. Ho preso un'ora di permesso per poterci andare, ora ne dovrò prendere un'altra. Zero collaborazione e comprensione delle esigenze altrui, solo arroganza. Purtroppo non ci sono alternative per il servizio, ed è probabilmente l'unico motivo per cui non hanno ancora chiuso.
