We ventured to ask for the card, but obviously it wasn't available. Apart from the disservice, the saleswoman got impatient, got agitated and was very rude and insistent .. Great customer service, really indecent

La responsabile mi ha urlato in faccia di uscire dal “suo” negozio solo perché ho chiesto un chiarimento su un prezzo esposto ed un prezzo che invece passava alla cassa. Le sue parole “prendi le tue cose e vattene” peccato che le avevo appena lasciato circa 300€ di vestiti acquistati. Esperienza pessima, certa gente dovrebbe lasciare il posto a personale competente e qualificato.
I will never buy in this shop again. The manager yelled in my face to leave "her" shop just because I asked for a clarification on a price displayed and a price that instead went to the cashier. Her words "take your things and go" too bad that I had just left her about € 300 of purchased clothes. Bad experience, some people should give way to competent and qualified personnel.
