Capisco che il professionista acquirente di forse più grandi quantità di pezzi debba essere "coccolato", ma per chi attende in coda c'è un "attimo" di esasperazione nell'osservare il personale al bancone che con tranquillità serve l'idraulico di turno conversando e dando l'impressione di non preoccuparsi di chi è in fila (fortunatamente hanno posizionato alcune sedie). Osservo anche che le code, pur se di lunga attesa, si riducono sempre a poche persone. Mi rivolgo ai titolari ed alla dirigenza: vi rendete conto che in Novara non avete il monopolio né l'esclusiva degli articoli in vendita? Mi è stato detto che la precedente gestione ha chiuso per dissesto finanziario: la lezione non è servita? Oltretutto vi rendete conto che a due passi, quasi con voi confinanti, ad ovest ed ad est ci sono il Brico Io e Obi? Ricordo che il cash di noi privati, anche se poco, finisce nelle casse dei suddetti Fai da Te, che vi invito ad andare a visitare; noterete come sono ben forniti ed i prezzi anche vantaggiosi. Mi dispiace, ma è il caso che prendiate provvedimenti per agevolare il servizio di vendita. Ne trarrete , e noi con voi, sicuramente vantaggi. Ha avuto dei cambi societari negli ultimi anni , ma in qualsiasi caso sia la precedente gestione che l'attuale non brillava di simpatia . L'assortimento e sempre stato valido x lo meno negli anni precedenti , ad oggi con l'incalzare di nuovi concorrenti con le nuove politiche di vendita danno l' impressione di aver fatto qualche errore di valutazione . Concludendo speriamo che passato il periodo COVID si ravvedano nelle loro politiche , anche perche in questo periodo particolate oltre al settore agricolo e alimentare un altro che ha avuto incrementi e proprio quello edilizio .
