Accommodation was good, but contact with the owner was hopeless. He doesn't answer questions about the house. I do not recommend this place even though the place is cool.

P	Pete Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben über Pfingsten 4 Nächte hier verbracht. Wir waren zu fünft und in der Erdgeschosswohnung mit Terrassen Zugang. Die Wohnung und das Haus ist OK. Man darf halt nicht genau in die Ecken schauen und hier und da gibt es renovierungsstau. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut und nachts sehr kalt, sodass wir den Besitzer gebeten haben die Heizung anzustellen. Dies hat er leider nicht getan, obwohl er es versprochen hatte. So froren wir nachts mit unseren dünnen Sommerdeckchen vor uns hin. Na gut, kann passieren. Ist ja immerhin in Italien und keiner rechnet damit das es Saukalt wird Ende Mai. Als wir dann die Unterekunft Richtung Heimat wieder verliesen, hat uns der Vermieter noch am selben Tag Fotos aus der Unterkunft geschickt, auf denen zu sehen war, wie Müll und alte Glasflaschen in den Schlafzimmern standen. Er hat uns aufgefordert noch einmal 50 € Reinigungsgebühr zu zahlen. Dies obwohl wir schon 90 € für die Endreinigung bezahlt hatten. Die Bilder waren also inszeniert um noch mehr Geld auszupressen. Wir hatten natürlich die Wohnug aufgeräumt verlassen. Eigentlich unglaublich, dass es so etwas gibt, gerade in einem Ferienort. Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher wie erfolgreich diese Stategie ist, gerade nach der Corona Zeit, dachte ich man ist auf die Gäste angewiesen. Kurzum, ich würde hier nicht nocheinmal buchen, trotz der schönen Terrasse und dem tollen Blick. We stayed here for 4 nights over Pentecost. There were five of us and in the ground floor apartment with terrace access. The apartment and the house is OK. You can't look closely into the corners and there is a renovation backlog here and there. Unfortunately the weather was not so good and very cold at night, so we asked the owner to turn on the heating. Unfortunately, he did not do this, although he had promised to do so. So we froze at night with our thin summer doilies. Well, it can happen. After all, it's in Italy and nobody expects it to be very cold at the end of May. When we left the accommodation for home, the landlord sent us photos from the accommodation on the same day, showing how rubbish and old glass bottles were in the bedrooms. He asked us to pay another € 50 cleaning fee. This even though we had already paid 90 € for the final cleaning. So the pictures were staged to squeeze out even more money. Of course we had left the apartment tidy. It's actually unbelievable that there is such a thing, especially in a holiday resort. I am also not sure how successful this strategy is, especially after the Corona period, I thought you had to rely on the guests. In short, I would not book here again, despite the beautiful terrace and the great view.
Y	Yuri Sirotin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've stayed in this place for a week during our last visit on lake Iseo. After a long research my wife picked this place, and I'm so glad she did. It has a breathtaking panorama view over the lake and the Isola island. Each morning started with a different view depending on a weather. High altitude makes the place a little challenging to get to, but you're well rewarded. The interoir is spacious and has a nice design. At winter it's well heated and you can also use a fireplace with pre-prepared woods. All the kitchenware is present, although we did miss an oven a little. Some were complaining about neighbour's dog being a nuisance, but we hardly noticed her presence. It has my sincere recommendations, and other members of my family will make sure to be visiting this guesthouse as well. Oh, and we also made a great use of the altitude and lack of obstacles to fly a drone from there, making some amazing footage!
