Lo consiglio, ottima motorietá, tecniche di difesa personale alla portata di tutti, come tutte le arti marziali ti fa conoscere il tuo corpo ed esplorare movimenti che possono aiutare in ogni momento della vita.
Lorenzo is an example more than a teacher, always available even with me who are differently young, a school of life and a group that quickly becomes a family. - buona qualità tecnica generale;

Il maestro Lorenzo è piuttosto in gamba, disponibile e anche molto umile.
Il programma è piuttosto vasto, con tutti i pro e contro del caso.

E che oggi si sta rapidamente diffondendo all'estero, soprattutto per la sua efficacia ma anche per la spettacolarità di alcune mosse. All'Isam Kali Silat Jkd è possibile avvicinarsi al mondo delle arti marziali con rispetto e serietà. Il Maestro Lorenzo Bagnai, alle spalle anni ed anni di allenamenti e pratica delle arti marziali, prende per mano l'allievo/a e lo guida con scrupolo verso l'arte marziale più idonea, sia per il fisico che, ancor prima, per la mente. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da insegnante di arti marziali posso dire che rare volte ho conosciuto persone in gamba e preparate come il Maestro Bagnai! Persona preparatissima e appassionata che non si pone mai un gradino sopra i suoi allievi ma cerca costantemente di migliorarsi con loro, sempre disponibile dentro e fuori la palestra, ha creato un gruppo meraviglioso con il quale mi sono interfacciato più volte.
Assolutamente consigliato dai più giovani fino agli over se volete imparare un'arte marziale bellissima per storia e filosofia, troverete un gruppo affiatato dentro e fuori la palestra!
As a martial arts teacher I can say that I have rarely met skilled and well-trained people like Maestro Bagnai! A highly trained and passionate person who never places himself a step above his students but constantly tries to improve himself with them, always available inside and outside the gym, he has created a wonderful group with whom I have interfaced several times.
Absolutely recommended by the youngest up to the over if you want to learn a beautiful martial art for history and philosophy, you will find a close-knit group inside and outside the gym!
