★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato a pochi km dall'aeroporto di Fiumicino, in una posizione molto comoda ma tranquilla, in un quartiere residenziale. Lo stabile è nuovo e ben tenuto, con numerosi parcheggi nei dintorni. Il personale è giovane, dinamico, molto gentile e professionale, si sono adattati alle mie esigenze in maniera eccellente. La camera, davvero molto ampia ( con grande terrazzo) pulita e ben riscaldata. Lo consiglio vivamente.
 Located a few km from Fiumicino airport, in a very convenient but quiet location, in a residential area. The building is new and well maintained, with numerous parking lots nearby. The staff is young, dynamic, very kind and professional, they have adapted to my needs in an excellent way. The room, very large (with a large terrace), clean and well heated. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati molto bene, e in una stanza bella e spaziosa con vista panoramica a 270 gradi su Alba e tramonto??. Inizialmente prenotati al Torre Clementina ma con lavori di ammodernamento ci hanno quindi prelevati con il van e portati alla consociata del gruppo ISA RESIDENCE.
Il proprietario molto professionale e gentilissimo. C'è la possibilità di un ottima colazione a buffet a prezzo veramente ottimo di 3€50cts. Bel parcheggio auto attiguo. E spiaggia libera molto vicina.
Grazie e torneremo presto...
We had a great time, and in a nice and spacious room with a 270 degree panoramic view of sunrise and sunset??. Initially booked at the Torre Clementina but with modernization works they then picked us up with the van and took us to the sister company of the ISA RESIDENCE group.
The owner is very professional and very kind. There is the possibility of an excellent breakfast buffet at a very good price of 3 € 50cts. Nice adjacent car park. And very close free beach.
Thank you and we will be back soon ...

-Comfortable bed
-Warm water
-WiFi
-Tasty Breakfast
What did i get from the list? Comfy bed.
The stuff was really nice and helpful, The room was very big with a huge balcony, but it didn't matter to me.
For the last 2 days I've had only cold water not to mention - WiFi was not running in my room.
There is no bus stop around so anywhere you want to go you need to call the Taxi or Uber.
If You want to go to Roma by a Taxi you need to Pay 50€ or even more. If You want to go to the Airport to catch a train then it is 20€ to get there and another 8€ for one-way train.
Back to the stuff - all of them are very nice and helpful. For 15€ they took me to the Centro Leonardo from where you can get 24h ticket for every line in Roma (including Metro and the train) and it Costs only 8€.
About Breakfast - it is cheap indeed = 3€, but in the price all you can get is a few pieces of dry toast breed, few sweet (as hell) Crossaints (Brioche) and Juice, cheap cheese and meat.
20 minutes by foot from the Residence you can find McDonald's and I sincerely recommend you - go for it.
