★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità, organizzazione assenti. In compenso cattiva educazione, arroganza e aggressività verbale abbondano. Inoltre è impossibile parlare con un responsabile, chi risponde al telefono nega il suo nome e cognome in modo da non essere identificato e si consente di attaccare piu volte il telefono durante la conversazione. Spero legga questa recenzione qualche responsabile dell'azienda al quale ricordo che siamo noi cittadini che paghiamo il servizio. Roba da terzo mondo!
Professionalism, organization absent. On the other hand, bad manners, arrogance and verbal aggression abound. It is also impossible to talk to a manager, whoever answers the phone denies his name and surname so as not to be identified and allows himself to hang up the phone several times during the conversation.
