★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend Kevin highly enough. When we met, I had issues with bow articulation, intonation and terrible playing posture. He recognised all of these problems instantly, and patiently unpacked them for me, one at a time. As a result of studying under him, I can now play the pieces I enjoy, with the correct artistic expression I’ve longed for for years. Whatever your level, Kevin knows the violin inside-out, so he will definitely make you a better player. But he will also re-introduce joy and fun into the (sometimes) tedious aspects of violin study and practice. If 6 stars were available, I’d give them, because he rescued me from years of bad habits.
