Ti approcci a questa disciplina per curiosità ma in pochissimo tempo ne rimani affascinato e trovi in questa struttura tutto quello che ti serve per poterla praticare sia ad un livello amatoriale che agonistico. Il mister, il Dott. Claudio Crirì, è molto professionale e segue attentamente tutti i suoi allievi. La struttura penso che sia la migliore della zona, ambiente sempre pulito e curato. Poi c'è lui, il ring, il cuore di ogni palestra di pugilato che all'"IRON BOXE" è fisso. In poco tempo hai la sensazione di far parte di una grande famiglia, vivi i match dei tuoi colleghi come se fossero i tuoi e tifi per loro come ad una finale di champions. La boxe è una splendida disciplina oltre ad essere una filosofia di vita. E' uno sport completo, lavori con tutto il corpo ma anche con la mente per poter migliorare giorno dopo giorno, inoltre è uno sport "bruciacalorie" ad una velocità sorprendente.
