In questo caso ho fatto un'eccezione e ho messo 5 stelle per l'educazione, la pazienza e soprattutto l'onestà (merce rara) del titolare.
Laddove altri tecnici mi avevano chiesto cifre che superavano i 50 euro per ovviare i problemi della scheda audio rotta, il sig. Antonio ha risolto fornendomi una scheda audio usb da 10 euro, soddisfacendo la mia specifica richiesta di "risolvere il malfunzionamento con la minor spesa possibile".
Una volta uscito dal negozio, ho fatto 2 ipotesi:
la prima, che gli altri tecnici fossero disonesti
la seconda, che fossero incompetenti.
Quindi, ripeto, esperienza positiva per onestà ed educazione.
I state: I rarely review activities that are not restaurants or accommodation facilities.
In this case I made an exception and I put 5 stars for education, patience and above all honesty (rare goods) of the owner.
Where other technicians asked me for figures that exceeded 50 euros to remedy the problems of the broken sound card, Mr. Antonio solved by supplying me with a 10 euro usb sound card, satisfying my specific request to "solve the malfunction with the least possible expense".
Once out of the store, I made 2 hypotheses:
the first, that the other technicians were dishonest
the second, that they were incompetent.
So, I repeat, positive experience for honesty and education.

D'Auria qualche anno fa per recuperare i dati da un portatile con disco fisso in condizioni pessime e devo dire che fece un lavoro eccellente in tempi brevi. Qualche giorno fa sono ritornato per tentare un disperato recupero di dati da un nuovo portatile con "disco fritto" e, seppur privo di alcuna speranza, anche questa volta è riuscito a recuperare il recuperabile. Professionista serio, educato, trasparente, rapido e, soprattutto, onesto. Lo consiglio vivamente!!!

A few days ago I returned to try a desperate recovery of data from a new laptop with "fried disk" and, even if without any hope, this time too he managed to recover the recoverable.
