★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo. nel 2021avere una email "morta" che non viene letta/usata per le necessità dei pazienti è incredibbile. peccato..perchè vista la qualità della struttura.. è l'ennesima occasione persa di migliorare il servizio.
bad. in 2021, having a "dead" email that is not read / used for the needs of patients is unbelievable. shame .. because given the quality of the structure .. is the umpteenth missed opportunity to improve the service.

Centro mal organizzato, pessimo.
I prelievi andrebbeo prenotati online, ma il personale è duro e accetta la miriade di vecchi di ..... che fingono di non sapere e si mettono in coda facendo finta di nulla. (senza prenotare)
Morale: la prenotazione è inutile, non abbiate fretta che qualche str.... che non ha prenotato sarà davanti a voi. Pessimi.

Badly organized, bad center.

Chi scrive che il telefono è sempre occupato dovrebbe provare a lavorare in uno studio in cui arrivano costantemente chiamate da parte di cittadini che hanno bisogno di visite, ricette, ecc. Credo che accogliere le persone con un sorriso sia fondamentale, oggi più che mai!… ed il sorriso qui è di casa, anche sotto la mascherina.

Anyone who writes that the phone is always busy should try to work in a studio where calls are constantly coming from citizens who need visits, prescriptions, etc. I believe that welcoming people with a smile is fundamental, today more than ever! ... and the smile is at home here, even under the mask.
