A	Aristotele Aristotele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' stato l'unico nella zona su altri tre negozi contattati, ad accettare e risolvere il problema in modo devo dire eccellente sul mio iMAC 27' che secondo i riparatori Apple era da buttare in quanto passato "troppo vecchio" per politiche aziendali.....Appena contattato Giulio Govoni, mi ha innanzitutto fornito informazioni adeguate al problema. Ha poi eseguito: il ritiro a domicilio, valutazione del problema con eventuali spese rigorosamente preventivate senza sorprese finali, riparazione completa del danno, consiglio per la sostituzione di un altro componente solo con mia assoluta approvazione, pulizia interna totale della macchina e riconsegnata a domicilio dedicandomi gentilmente tempo in assistenza personale per aiuto a seguito della ovvia formattazione avvenuta. Ho riscontrato: massima disponibilità fin dall'inizio, alta professionalità, puntualità e serietà per tutto il tempo dell'esecuzione del lavoro, macchina ritornata perfetta, prezzi nella norma. Conclusione: ASSOLUTAMENTE DA RACCOMANDARE! Grazie Giulio! S. N. Un anno fa ho portato il mio IPhone5 per sostituire il Dock di ricarica (che come componente è collegato al Jack per le cuffie) , inoltre il personale mi chiama per dirmi che la batteria si era gonfiata ed era meglio sostituirla , io accetto. Verso giugno mi ritrovo con la batteria morta (e la garanzia per le batterie è 6 mesi) e inoltre mi accorgo che il collegando le cuffie la musica si sente bassa (le cuffie sono nuove) , evidentemente non sono stati usati componenti originali , tutto questo per un totale di 135€ I am very keen on doing this to strongly advise against repairing Apple products in this store. Io abito in Vallesina e avevo telefonato il giorno prima per avere la conferma della apertura anche il sabato mattina,conferma che mi è stata data. Sulla porta del laboratorio non c'era nessuna indicazione del tipo "torno subito" o "spiacenti ma non possiamo rispettare l'orario.di apertura per imprevisti". Amen.
