★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una specie di piccolo Eden dove tutti gli animali vivono in pace. Molto educativo soprattutto per gli adulti, ma trovo molto utile che i piccoli umani comincino a respirare quest'aria.
 A kind of little Eden where all animals live in peace. Very educational especially for adults, but I find it very helpful for little humans to start breathing this air.

The guided tour was really comprehensive, enjoyable and interesting. I am happy to have known such a well-organized reality. I recommend anyone passing by here to drop by, because it's really worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rifugio antispecista, posto fantastico, immerso nel verde del parco di San Rossore Pisa, le persone che gestiscono il rifugio sono tutti volontari che stanno tutto il giorno a prendersi cura del rifugio e dei rifugiati.
Non esiste un posto simile in tutta Italia!
Leggo di persone che scrivono falsità e cattiverie solo per invidia, frustrazione o molta ignoranza.
Ippoasi è uno spazio sociale, luogo radicale di possibilità.
Da visitare durante le visite guidate che organizzano i volontari.
Antispecista refuge, fantastic place, surrounded by the greenery of the park of San Rossore Pisa, the people who manage the refuge are all volunteers who stay all day to take care of the refuge and refugees.
There is no such place in all of Italy!
I read about people who write untruths and nastiness just out of envy, frustration or a lot of ignorance.
Ippoasi is a social space, a radical place of possibility.
To visit during the guided tours organized by the volunteers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era tanto che volevamo andare a visitare l'ippoasi..e finalmente ci siamo riusciti! Bellissima e toccante esperienza!! Claudio, e le volontarie del centro ci hanno accolto in questo santuario dove gli animali più sfortunati possono vivere la loro seconda vita amati e rispettati nella loro natura.
It was a long time that we wanted to visit the hippoasi .. and finally we did! Beautiful and touching experience !! Claudio, and the volunteers of the center welcomed us in this sanctuary where the most unfortunate animals can live their second life loved and respected in their nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avevo mai vissuto la realtà di un rifugio prima di arrivare ad Ippoasi, e conoscere questo luogo è stata una delle esperienze più significative e formative per capire cosa significhi realmente l'attivismo. L'impegno quotidiano dei e delle volontarie è totale, ormai è anni che partecipo come volontaria e non posso che consigliare di andare a conoscere personalmente Ippoasi e sostenerla!!
I had never experienced the reality of a refuge before arriving in Ippoasi, and knowing this place was one of the most significant and formative experiences to understand what activism really means. The daily commitment of the volunteers is total, I have been participating as a volunteer for years now and I can only recommend that you go and meet Ippoasi personally and support her !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un luogo che vale la pena visitare e supportare, in cui gli animali non umani rifugiati possono finalmente vivere con il rispetto e la dignità che merita ogni individuo. Tutte le persone che se ne occupano sono volontarie e fanno un lavoro pazzesco per gestire ogni necessità. Consiglio di andare a conoscere questo spazio di accoglienza lotta e resistenza.
A place worth visiting and supporting, where refugee non-human animals can finally live with the respect and dignity that each individual deserves. All the people who take care of it are volunteers and do a crazy job to handle every need. I recommend going to know this space of welcome, struggle and resistance.
