★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imballaggi pessimi. Trattano oggetti costosi, te li mandano imballati in maniera approssimativa e scaricano sul cliente ogni responsabilità se l'oggetto arriva graffiato. Sei tu che hai sposrato la carta bollata con ipotetici artigli affilatissimi non loro che te lo hanno mamdato graffiato. Non credo comprerò più nulla.
Bad packaging. They handle expensive items, send them to you roughly packaged and pass all responsibility on to the customer if the item gets scratched. It is you who married the stamped paper with hypothetical razor-sharp claws, not them who scratched it. I don't think I'll buy anything anymore.
