★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza insufficiente!!! A ottobre porto il mio Imac a riparare, viene sostituito l’alimentatore e spendo 320€; dopo 2 mesi esatti stesso problema ,lo riporto ma questa volta viene diagnosticato la rottura dell’interruttore: 150€
Chiedo uno sconto, mi concedono 25€ ma il risultato è che dopo 3 giorni dalla scadenza della garanzia (3 mesi) l’Imac non si accende ancora!
Responso Apple Center (....stavolta sul sicuro): interruttore vecchio, non sostituito e assemblato con inesperienza che ha portato al trancio netto del cavo d’accensione!!!
....senza tralasciare che per la diagnosi chiedono 40€ contro i 20€ di Apple Center!!!
 Insufficient assistance !!! In October I take my Imac for repair, the power supply is replaced and I spend € 320; after exactly 2 months the same problem, I report it but this time the breaker of the switch is diagnosed: € 150
I ask for a discount, they give me € 25 but the result is that after 3 days from the expiry of the warranty (3 months) the Imac still does not turn on!
Response from Apple Center (.... this time on the safe side): old switch, not replaced and assembled with inexperience that led to the clear cut of the ignition cable !!!
.... without forgetting that for the diagnosis they ask 40 € against the 20 € of Apple Center !!!

Oltre a essere stata trattata come se fosse l’ultima dei pezzenti non mi hanno dato alcun aiuto. “Non so cosa dirti”, “se anche mi lasci oggi il telefono non so quando riesco a farti la diagnostica e restituirlo”, nonostante avessi fatto presente che lo uso anche per lavoro.
Sarò stata sfortunata ma cambiate i commessi: saranno pure competenti ma la gentilezza e la disponibilità le hanno lasciate a casa.
