★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando siamo in Abruzzo la tappa è d'obbligo. Formaggi di nicchia, con tante specialità e si vede la ricercatezza dei prodotti. Le signore al banco sono eccezionali, simpatiche con educazione ti mettono a tuo agio e se sei incerto ti fanno assaggiare il formaggio prima dell'acquisto così passa ogni dubbio! Sono disponibili anche per ordinazioni e messa sotto vuoto al momento del formaggio acquistato così che si conservi più a lungo e si possano assaporare i gusti di quelle terre anche quando siamo lontani. Ritengo che dietro alla scelta dei formaggi proposti non solo ci sua un/a buongustaio/a ma anche una persona esperta. Inoltre nel supermercato si trovano anche buone offerte di prodotti confezionati.
