★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un nuovo iPhone 12 presso Ipermela di Thiene. Ho trovato difficoltà a traferire i dati tramite backup da MAC non conoscendo la necessaria password; ho dovuto quindi ripartire da zero trasferendo dal mio vecchio iPhone, tutto questo con l’aiuto provvidenziale di Ipermela, con notevole risparmio di tempo. Ho avuto poi un ulteriore problema, a dati trasferiti mi sono visto oscurare la app Whatsapp con tutti i dati, forse per una mia imperizia nel cliccare tasti sbagliati, ma comunque ritengo che non sia possibile perdere così facilmente una app e tutti i dati, almeno per 6 gg come richiestomi in attesa di essere riconosciuto. Mi sono rivolto a Ipermela che velocemente e professionalmente mi ha risolto ogni problema. Ora il mio iPhone e il mio MAC sono di nuovo a posto. Quindi 5 stelle a Ipermela che consiglierei e consiglierò a amici e conoscenti.

I bought a new iPhone 12 at Ipermela di Thiene. I found it difficult to transfer data via MAC backup not knowing the necessary password; I therefore had to start from scratch by transferring from my old iPhone, all this with the providential help of Ipermela, with considerable time savings. I then had a further problem, after the data transferred I saw the Whatsapp app obscured with all the data, perhaps due to my inexperience in clicking the wrong buttons, but in any case I believe that it is not possible to lose an app and all the data so easily, at least for 6 days as requested, waiting to be recognized. I turned to Ipermela who quickly and professionally solved every problem for me. Now my iPhone and MAC are fine again. So 5 stars in Ipermela that I would recommend and will recommend to friends and acquaintances.
