★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo girato per il negozio per conto nostro. Gli assistenti erano inesistenti, nessun consiglio, uno sul computer, l'altro che se non chiedi è meglio...peccato ci sono altri rivenditori di piastrelle!
 We walked around the shop on our own. The assistants were non-existent, no advice, one on the computer, the other that if you don't ask it's better ... too bad there are other tile dealers!

I due ragazzi, preparati e molto disponibili (rispetto ad altri negozi) sono riusciti a capire le mie esigenze a consigliarmi nel modo più adeguato e a lasciarmi pienamente soddisfatta del mio ordine. Da iperceramica sono riuscita a trovare ciò che cercavo. L’azienda è seria, trasparente e si impegna nel rispondere alle esigenze dei propri clienti .

Mi ero precedentemente recata in più negozi per scegliere il materiale per ristrutturare la mia nuova casa. L' obiettivo era quello di comprare prodotti di buona qualità a un prezzo moderato. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allucinante, passo in questo negozio (vuoto) per rinnovare il nostro bagno, dopo aver fatto un giro vedo due dipendenti giovani seduti..uno al pc e l'altro che guardava in giro, chiedo informazioni e volevo dei consigli sul prezzo visto che c'era una grande scelta, ma niente..il ragazzo che era al pc mi ha detto di guardare in giro e di farci sapere...sta di fatto che non si è mosso da quella sedia, mentre l'altro si è alzato per andare fuori ed è rientrato a sedersi...me ne sono subito andato...come ha riportato la recensione il signor Marco Belli, la stessa cosa che ho avuto anch'io! Che delusione...sono andato in un'altro negozio sempre a Piacenza e mi hanno aiutato, consigliato e sono stati disponibilissimi!
Hallucinating, I step into this (empty) shop to renovate our bathroom, after walking around I see two young employees sitting ... one at the PC and the other looking around, I ask for information and I wanted some advice on the price since there 'it was a great choice, but nothing ... the guy who was at the pc told me to look around and let us know ... the fact is that he did not move from that chair, while the other got up to go outside and come back to sit down ... I immediately left ... as reported by Mr. Marco Belli, the same thing I had too! What a disappointment ... I went to another shop in Piacenza and they helped me, advised me and they were extremely helpful!
