★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato un sito interessante sia per la varietà e qualità dei prodotti offerti sia per l'aspetto economico ma sopratutto è stata una bella sorpresa trovare in negozio personale giovane molto gentile e competente dal punto di vista tecnico con consigli specifici e raccomandazioni di prezzi e campagne promozionali sempre interessanti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo debbo ricredermi. Pessimo servizio post vendita. Se proprio acquistate qua vi consiglio di sbancalare subito tutto e controllare ogni pacco, altrimenti meglio lasciar perdere. Unica proposta uno sconto su un pacco di piastrelle che oltretutto sono dovuto andare a prendere io perdendo una giornata, oltre il tempo perso per i lavori. E di pacchi rotti alla fine erano 6 x perv300 euro di merce, il 10% dell'ordine. Infatti per il resto della casa mi sono rivolto ad altra ditta. Il ragazzo da vero cafone non mi ha nemmeno aiutato a caricarlo in auto fregandosene subito poggiando il pacco x terra. Consiglio : chiedendo ad altri avrei risparmiato tempo e soldi. Mai più Iperceramica. Sopratutto su questa filiale.

The only proposal is a discount on a pack of tiles which, moreover, I had to fetch myself, losing a day, in addition to the time lost for the work. And of broken packages in the end there were 6 x perv300 euros of goods, 10% of the order. In fact, for the rest of the house I turned to another company. The boy as a real peasant didn't even help me load him into the car, not giving a damn immediately placing the package on the ground. Tip: asking others would have saved me time and money. No more Hyperceramics. Especially on this branch.
