Mi sono recata in questo punto vendita per acquistare dei mobili da bagno e delle piastrelle. Il giorno dopo aver ordinato tutto il necessario avendo la necessità di riacquistare altro materiale decido di contattarli telefonicamente per evitare ancora la strada (non avendo io la possibilità di usare un email e non abitando nei pressi del punto vendita).
Ho provato a telefonare decine e decine di volte, in diversi giorni e orari ma NULLA.
Possibile che un punto vendita non dia la possibilità a un cliente di ricevere risposte e informazioni via telefono?!
Al ché mi reco io di persona presso il negozio e spiegando al responsabile l'accaduto mi viene data come risposta/giustificazione (tra l'altro in maniera sgarbata e prepotente) che io non sono in grado di capire la loro gestione.
Gli ho fatto vedere anche al momento stesso che digitanto il loro numero nessuno rispondeva e lui mi risposto che erano tutti occupati, quando invece nel negozio c'ero solo io! Pure la presa in giro.
Peccato che ormai l'acquisto l'avevo già concluso, se no col cavolo che avrei comprato dei loro articoli!!
SGARBATI, MALEDUCATI e ARROGANTI.

Bad experience!
I went to this store to buy bathroom furniture and tiles. The day after having ordered everything necessary having the need to buy back more material, I decide to contact them by phone to avoid the road again (not having the possibility to use an email and not living near the store).
I tried to call dozens and dozens of times, on different days and times but NOTHING.
Is it possible that a store does not allow a customer to receive answers and information by telephone ?!
When I go in person to the shop and explaining what happened to the manager, I am given as an answer / justification (among other things in a rude and arrogant way) that I am not able to understand their management.
I also showed him at the same moment that no one answered by typing their number and he replied that they were all busy, when instead there was only me in the shop! Pure mockery.
Too bad that by now I had already concluded the purchase, otherwise with the cabbage that I would have bought their items !!
RUDE, RUDE and ARROGANT.
To never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato piastrelle 20 x 20 cm, per poi scoprire solo una volta applicate che le dimensioni reali erano 19,5 x 19,5 cm... Nell'edilizia et simili la precisione non dovrebbe essere uno standard? Incredibile.
RISPOSTA: anche sulla scatola arrivata a casa le misure erano 20 x 20.
I bought 20 x 20 cm tiles, only to discover once they were applied that the real dimensions were 19.5 x 19.5 cm ... Shouldn't precision be standard in construction and the like? Incredible.
ANSWER: even on the box that arrived at home, the measurements were 20 x 20.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piastrelle acquistate on line, 17pacchi consegnati, 7 di questi completamente distrutti, chiaramente dovuta ad una negligenza del loro vettore, ho inviato tutta la documentazione richiesta, non hanno provveduto ad un rimborso. Pur avendo pagato una aggiunta per il servizio di trasporto, mi ritrovo ad oggi con piastrelle inutilizzabili e i lavori non ultimati. Tutto ciò ha dell'incredibile.
Sono passate due settimane dalla mia segnalazione, ad oggi non ancora ricevuto nessuna assistenza e nessuna soluzione al mio problema.
Spero che non scriviate al mio post nuovamente: "provvediamo a segnalare quanto da Lei indicato a chi di dovere". Non avete nessun riferimento del mio ordine, come pensate di assistermi?! Quindi chiaramente vi prendete gioco dei vs clienti e sviate il problema.
Tiles purchased online, 17 packages delivered, 7 of these completely destroyed, clearly due to the negligence of their carrier, I sent all the required documentation, they did not provide a refund. Despite having paid an addition for the transport service, today I find myself with unusable tiles and unfinished work. All of this is unbelievable.
Two weeks have passed since my report, to date I have not yet received any assistance and no solution to my problem.
I hope you do not write to my post again: "we will report what you have indicated to those in charge". You have no reference of my order, how do you plan to assist me ?! So clearly you make fun of your customers and sidetrack the problem.
