Avere dipendenti intraprendenti e cortesi è fondamentale in qualsiasi attività, non è il caso di questo esercizio dove la maggior parte delle volte la scortesia regna sovrana. Se chiedi un informazione la risposta da parte di alcuni soggetti è sempre scortese e strafottente, alle volte le informazioni date sono sbagliate. Cliente da 2 anni, 2 figli, acquisto prodotti al top, tessera fedeltà (che butterò immediatamente) senza mai guardare al risparmio o alle offerte, ho sopportato questi atteggiamenti solo X la comodità della vicinanza. Dopo l’ Ennesimo scatto immotivato della commessa bionda (proprietaria?)a seguito di una mia semplice domanda sui pannolino, oggi 4 novembre 2017 ho deciso che non spenderò neanche più un centesimo in questo negozio. Il personale e scortese impreparato e maleducato sono stato in negozio con mia moglie per acquistare culla e passegino,per il nostro piccolo pero siccome mia moglie soffre di ansia e in ascensore non entra habbiamo chiesto se cerano le scale per salire nellesposizione al piano superiore la commessa se cosi si puo ''chiamare''di nome tizziana, si e posta in maniera scorretta, poi siamo saliti sopra ci ha accolto una ragazzina bionda che ci dava l impressione di non saper spiegare e proporre i prodotti . poi dopo un po chiama la commessa tizziana alla commessa bionda tramite cordless le quali non accorgendosi del volume alto che aveva il cordless e non rendendosi conto che io sentissi tutto ,prendevano in giro mia moglie dicendo digli alla signora se ci serve la maschera dell ossigeno ecc. Ecc. Infatti quando poi hanno finito la chiamata glie lo abbiamo anche detto che non serviva la maschera ecc. cmq sconsiglio a tutti questo negozio per la scostumatezza che hanno i suoi dipendenti persone maleducate ignoranti e insignificanti. Infatti siamo andati via senz spendere neanche 1 euro e non spendero mai nulla in questo negozio sconsigliatissimo. The store is big and new.
