I was looking for a custom 8-seater tourneo and here in this dealership I decided to buy it !! highly recommended
S	Sara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 4/11/21 è stato fatto un preventivo e sullo stesso è riportata come data di validità il 30/11/21 ma,all'incirca dopo 24h, vengo contatta e mi viene detto che, per la stessa auto, sono necessari 850€ in più perché bisogna aggiungere un pacchetto diventato obbligatorio ( sul sito ufficiale Ford a distanza di giorni non è menzionato nulla di tutto ciò). Faccio presente che è a dir poco disonesto un comportamento del genere anche perché il preventivo aveva ancora più di 20 giorni di validità. Il venditore, il giorno seguente, contattata il suo direttore che conviene con me e quindi si torna al prezzo di partenza ma questa volta la novità è che la rottamazione deve essere a mio carico, cosa a cui non intendo sottostare dato che gli accordi prevedano altro e non si possono continuamente cambiare le carte in tavola sempre a svantaggio del cliente. In sostanza non viene conclusa una vendita di una macchina tutt'altro che economica per qualche decina di euro e la mancata volontà del venditore di fare un mezzo passo indietro. On 4/11/21 a quote was made and it is reported as validity date on 30/11/21 but, approximately after 24h, I am contacted and I am told that 850 are needed for the same car. € more because you have to add a package that has become mandatory (nothing of this is mentioned on the official Ford website after a few days). I would like to point out that such behavior is dishonest to say the least, also because the estimate was still valid for more than 20 days. The seller, the following day, contacted his manager who agrees with me and then returns to the starting price but this time the novelty is that the scrapping must be at my expense, which I do not intend to submit since the agreements provide for something else. and you cannot continually change the cards on the table, always to the detriment of the customer. Basically, a sale of a car that is anything but cheap is not concluded for a few tens of euros and the unwillingness of the seller to take a half step back.

Menomale che siamo andati via lo stesso, perché secondo il loro parere non saremmo mai arrivati a Milano. Spero che gente come loro in giro non ce ne siano. Very bad experience, we found ourselves in difficulty and instead of helping us they wanted to insert work on the machine with a budget of 700 euros ..... Luckily we left anyway, because according to their opinion we would never have arrived in Milan . I hope there aren't people like them around.
