In seguito ad un articolo dannegiato, per un anno intero ho chiamato, inviato mail e alla fine diverse pec ma l'azienda rimandava o si rifiutava di fare il proprio dovere (riparazione o rimborso in tempi congrui). Alla fine ho dovuto far scrivere dall'avvocato e allora hanno subito cambiato atteggiamento. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di comprare da loro al centro commerciale di pesaro (iper ecc) oggetti che potrebbero rompersi perché l'attenzione al post vendita è pessima.

In the end I had to have the lawyer write and then they immediately changed their attitude.
