A	Alfredo Mortilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trova di tutto, l'unica cosa che non mi piace sono le lunghe attese al banco salumi, pane, pesce anche quando non c'é gente. L'attesa alle casse é estenuante, hanno una lunga fila di casse e poche cassiere al lavoro e per cui le lunghe code dei clienti e l'attesa sono estenuanti. You can find everything, the only thing I don't like is the long waits at the salami, bread, fish counter even when there are no people. The wait at the checkout counters is exhausting, they have a long queue of cashiers and few cashiers at work and therefore the long lines of customers and waiting are exhausting.

Insospettito, controllo la data di scadenza, ma andava bene quindi ne prendo 5 pacchi, in quanto molto conveniente. A quel punto, chiedo ad un dipendente ma venendo nel reparto a verificare ciò che avevo chiesto, toglie subito ( con modi da cafone) il cartellino e dice che era un errore. A quel punto dico che ho diritto di pagarli al prezzo segnato ( come legge) ma mi risponde che non posso più perché ha tolto il cartellino ( tipo bambini ) A quel punto, infastidito, chiedo di parlare con il direttore. Spiego, ma mi risponde che l'offerta inizia da domani e prevede un 3×2, che non ho diritto a pagarlo a quel prezzo perché il cartellino si aggiorna da solo. Rispondo che io non ho il dovere di guardare il volantino ma che il cliente guarda il prezzo nello scaffale, altrimenti perché metterlo? E che nel cartellino non è riportato nulla di ciò che dice essere presente nel volantino. Nonostante il mio diritto, il direttore, totalmente ignaro delle materie "marketing e comunicazione ", mi dice che si scusa ma non può fare altro. A quel punto lascio tutta la spesa e vado via. Ho perso tempo, mi è stato negato un mio diritto e non farò più la spesa presso questo punto vendita e ne parlerò negativamente ai miei amici . Personale gentile, prezzi della verdura alta ma in questo periodo lo è ovunque purtroppo. Huge supermarket, well stocked with a bit of everything, good random offers, when I happen to pass I stop willingly. Kind staff, high vegetable prices but unfortunately it is everywhere in this period.

Personale maleducato che preferisce chiacchierare col direttore di caffè e pranzi, piuttosto che aprire una seconda cassa e smaltire la fila. Cassiere che lanciano i prodotti anche se si tratta di uova o di tagliatelle. Quando rivolgi una domanda, se rispondono lo fanno in modo infastidito tutti! A parte le confezioni da ingrosso ma perché non cambiare supermercato? I prezzi sono ugualmente alti come gli altri. Ad onor del vero 1 macellaio è stato gentile, ma non basta a compensare tutti gli altri. Nonostante mi venga di strada mi sforzerò per non andarci più The only star deserves the parking. Ma poteva chiudere un occhio e darmi 5 euro di carta anziché 4.99 in monete forse 1cent non era tollerabile??,ma non basta...salgo in macchina..conto le monete ed erano 4.60 quindi se voleva essere precisa poteva esserlo fino in fondo e darmi il giusto resto,non sono tornato indietro perché mi conosco e poi so che andavo oltre! SPERO LEGGA CHI VI PAGA...CASSIERE MALEDUCATE CHE NON SI DEGNANO NEANCHE DI SALUTARE NE AD INIZIO E NE A FINE PAGAMENTO.ADIOS! I have to tell this, ..
