I gave 3 stars: 5 for petrol refueling (fast, kind, helpful) and 1 for external car wash (damaged bodywork).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Sono stato 2 volte per fare 50 euro, 1 volta mi hanno fatto il pieno e la seconda perché dovevo pagare con vaucher hanno fatto mille storie. Quando ho detto che andavo a fare benzina da un'altra parte mi hanno risposto che era meglio, perché quei soldi li avrebbero incassati tra un anno. Maleducati.
Bad. I have been 2 times to make 50 euros, 1 time they filled me up and the second because I had to pay with vouchers they made a thousand fuss. When I said I was going to get gas somewhere else they told me it was better, because that money would be collected in a year. Rude.
