Mi hanno messo la benzina in una macchina Diesel, per fortuna me ne sono accorta io scendendo dalla macchina, ma ormai il danno era fatto, 15 litri di benzina! Hanno aggiunto gasolio ma pretendevano che io pagassi tutto affermando che "Tanto la benzina pulisce e in più dovevo ringraziare perché mi facevano fare più strada così". Io sono ancora allibita. Avevo richiesto che venisse svuotato il serbatoio ma si sono rifiutati dicendo che tanti mettono la benzina nel diesel per pulirlo. Alla fine impuntandomi sono riuscita a pagare la cifra che avevo richiesto di gasolio, però i danni alla mia macchina ormai sono stati fatti. E in più non mi hanno neanche fatto la fattura elettronica che avevo richiesto. Non potete immaginare l'ansia dato che avrei dovuto andare in autostrada per lavoro per tutto il resto del pomeriggio. Adesso la macchina è dal meccanico.
I am still appalled by the experience. They put petrol in a Diesel car, luckily I noticed it when I got out of the car, but by now the damage was done, 15 liters of petrol! They added diesel but they demanded that I pay for everything, stating that "The petrol cleans a lot and I also had to thank them because they made me go further like this". I am still stunned. I had requested that the tank be emptied but they refused saying that many put petrol in the diesel to clean it. In the end, I managed to pay the amount I had requested for diesel, but the damage to my car has now been done. Plus, they didn't even send me the electronic invoice I requested. You can't imagine the anxiety as I would have to go on the highway for work for the rest of the afternoon. Now the car is at the mechanic.
