Tuttavia, non mi sono ancora stati restituiti i 100€ prelevati preventivamente alla pompa di benzina. Ho provato a chiedere informazioni tramite form online ed ho pure chiamato il servizio clienti, dove in pratica mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia. Sconsiglio vivamente di fare rifornimento nelle loro stazioni
I attempted to refuel here a week ago. Due to a pump malfunction, my operation was canceled. However, the € 100 previously collected at the petrol pump has not yet been returned to me. I tried to ask for information through the online form and I also called customer service, where in practice they closed the phone in my face. I strongly advise against refueling at their stations
