★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never order a Café and think you get one. A Café is an Espresso. That's not a problem. But to be seen at like one is an alien IS a problem if you order an Americano. Incredibly overcrowed andd the way back out takes you miles through a shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there three times now and it is a disorganised mess, unpleasant staff You have to pay one person for anything and everything you want before you get it, and if you think of something else afterwards its back to the same one queue. Leaves you completely unrested and unrefreshed - not what you need at a motorway service station.
