Ho inserito 20 euro ma nella mia auto a metano sono riuscito a far entrar solo 14 euro nel serbatoio della benzina. La macchinetta che gestisce le pompe mi ha dato lo scontrino con un buono da 6 euro. Abitando distante dal luogo ho chiamato il gestore che mi ha proposto un rimborso mediante ricarica telefonica. Ho trovato questo atteggiamento molto gentile e carino da parte sua.
I went to this distributor with my girlfriend for a trip to Tuscany. Only self service pumps are available on public holidays. I entered 20 euros but in my natural gas car I managed to get only 14 euros into the gas tank. The machine that runs the pumps gave me the receipt with a 6 euro voucher. Living away from the place I called the manager who offered me a refund by telephone top-up. I found this attitude very kind and nice of her.
