 Mandatory service and therefore more expensive than necessary. I can fill up my tank myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour contrôler la pression d'un pneu, nous avions en fait pris une vis sur la route. Le gars à la station nous a orienté vers un vendeur de pneu à 5km à peine qui nous a réparé ça en 30 min sans RDV. Merci pour votre aide !!
We stopped to check the pressure of a tire, we had actually taken a screw on the road. The guy at the station directed us to a tire salesman just 5km away who repaired it in 30 minutes without appointment. Thanks for your help !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione!!! Il 26.12.18 ho fatto un rifornimento di 100€. Sulla carta punti total erg mi hanno inserito l’importo giusto, sulla ricevuta della carta di credito 115€!!!! Ho letto commenti analoghi sul distributore di fronte, sempre totalerg (vedi foto con le ricevute)
Attention!!! On 26.12.18 I made a refueling of 100 €. On the total erg points card they entered the right amount, on the credit card receipt € 115 !!!! I have read similar comments on the distributor opposite, always totalerg (see photo with receipts)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto rifornimento la sera tardi (dopo le 23), c’era poca gente, quindi con calma si può andare a pagare e pulire il vetro dell’auto senza spostarla. Personale di cassa gentile. Addebito preciso sulla carta di credito.
I refueled late at night (after 11pm), there were few people, so you can calmly go and pay and clean the car's glass without moving it. Personal kind of cash. specific charge on your credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessun addetto a servirci e neanche per info, no automatico in modo da poter provvedere da soli, solo una inserviente che dopo un po è andata al gpl e sempre al cellulare.....siamo andati via almeno in 3 macchine...pessimo servizio
No employee to serve us and not even for info, no automatic so you can provide for yourself, only an attendant who after a while went to the LPG and always on the cell phone ..... we went away in at least 3 cars ... bad service
