Ci hanno subito contattati per spiegarci che il ritiro della merce era a nostro carico, così abbiamo approfittato di un weekend di sole per partire dalla Lombardia ed andare a ritirare le piastrelle. Personale gentile, cordiale e competente, ci hanno venduto delle piastrelle per il nostro bagno (oramai diventate introvabili) e ci hanno regalato l'occasione di fare una bella gita al mare!
We purchased discontinued bathroom tiles on their website. They immediately contacted us to explain that the collection of the goods was at our expense, so we took advantage of a sunny weekend to leave Lombardy and go to collect the tiles. Kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff, they sold us tiles for our bathroom (which have now become unobtainable) and gave us the opportunity to take a nice trip to the sea!
