In the hydraulics they are very well stocked. They generally have particular pieces that are difficult to find in other shops. Average prices, sometimes lower.

Ho portato in negozio come campione 4 guarnizioni della doccia da sostituire e delle 4 nuove che mi hanno dato (di cui 1 da adattare) 3 erano sbagliate. Quella da adattare era sbagliata anche dopo averla adattata. Sono dovuto tornare da loro, (con ulteriore perdita di tempo oltre a quella già avuta nel tentativo di sostituire le guarnizioni) per riportare quelle sbagliate. Le 2 integre le hanno riprese, quella adattata sbagliata no. Quindi, in conclusione, sono andato da loro 2 volte e ho pagato anche una guarnizione datami da loro che era sbagliata. Non è un comportamento serio e professionale, ma solo volto a fare profitto. Gli esperti sono loro e se mi vendono qualcosa che si rivela sbagliato, non deve essere il cliente a farne le spese. Per che cifra poi?! 20/30€ ?! Complimenti per l'incompetenza e la "taccagneria". Bad experience. I took 4 shower seals to the shop as a sample to replace and of the 4 new ones they gave me (1 of which to adapt) 3 were wrong. The one to adapt was wrong even after adapting it. I had to go back to them, (with further waste of time in addition to the one I already had in trying to replace the gaskets) to bring back the wrong ones. The 2 intact have taken them, the wrong adapted one does not. So in conclusion I went to them 2 times and also paid for a garnish given to me by them which was wrong. It is not serious and professional behavior, but only aimed at making a profit. They are the experts and if they sell me something that turns out to be wrong, it shouldn't be the customer who pays for it. For what figure then ?! 20/30 €?! Congratulations on the incompetence and "stinginess".
