La madre della proprietaria, sig.ra Mirella che mi ha fatto trucco e acconciatura si è presentata in forte ritardo rispetto all'orario stabilito; nell'eseguire il lavoro si è dimostrata imprecisa, approssimativa e poco incline ad assecondare le mie richieste. Il lavoro finale mi ha lasciata molto delusa e amareggiata..non era certamente quello che avrei voluto. Assolutamente non all'altezza per trucco e acconciature per cerimonie. Infine i prezzi sono alti e inadeguati rispetto alle competenze. Pretendete lo scontrino o ricevuta fiscale anche se si mostreranno restie e considerate che non dispongono di pos per pagare con carta. Assolutamente sconsigliato anche solo per una piega.

The owner's mother, Mrs. Mirella who made me make-up and hairstyle, presented herself with a great delay compared to the established time; in performing the work it proved to be inaccurate, approximate and not very inclined to comply with my requests. The final work left me very disappointed and bitter .. it certainly wasn't what I wanted. Absolutely not up to par for makeup and hairstyles for ceremonies. Finally the prices are high and inadequate with respect to skills. Claim the receipt or receipt even if you are reluctant and consider that they do not have a place to pay by card. Absolutely not recommended even for a fold.

Ho richiesto che mi venisse fatto un balayage biondo platino sfumato vicino dalla radice alle lunghezze, mi sono state fatte delle mechès con chiazze sparse e il colore dei capelli era di colore grigio/bianco sopra e sotto alle punte di colore diverso poichè c'era il mio vecchio colore che non è stato toccato.Mi sono ritrovata con 3 colori in testa, ho segnalato a ilaria il disservizio per poter risolvere il danno, dopo aver pagato oltre 100 euro di servizio , mi è stato detto che preferiva non lavorare con persone come me! Quando in realtà in problema non lo avevo creato io ,ma, il danno mi è stato fatto da lei sulla mia immagine. In conclusione per risolvere al danno creatosi mi sono stati chiesti ulteriori soldi,poichè non era un servizio "compreso" e mi ha detto di non prendersi altre responsabilità.

When in reality I did not create the problem, but the damage was done to me by her on my image. In conclusion, to solve the damage created, I was asked for additional money, as it was not an "inclusive" service and he told me not to take on other responsibilities.
