s	sbsara96 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica 19 Settembre mi sono recata per la prima volta nel negozio, mentre facevo i vari acquisti essendo incinta avevo bisogno urgente di andare in bagno, leggendo sulla porta della Toilette di chiedere la chiave in cassa, chiedo e mi dicono che non hanno la donna che pulisce il bagno quindi per il Covid non me lo possono fare usare. Essendo urgente ho pagato ciò che avevo scelto e sono andata via, altrimenti avrei comprato ancora, comunque ho speso €83, tra cui un termometro auricolare e alimenti. Alla fine arrivo a casa, il termometro non funziona, segna sempre 37,8 di febbre sia a me che al bambino, cosa verificata con un altro termometro e stavamo tutti bene. Comunque dopo varie prove, constato che il termometro non funziona e il Lunedì 20 mi reco ancora nel negozio per cambiarlo e comprare il resto delle cose che il giorno prima non sono riuscita a prendere. Dico alla commessa il problema e mi dice che il termometro sballa perché deve rimanere sempre nella stanza del bambino senza mai uscire e che dopo aver provato la temperatura devi aspettare dieci minuti per riprovarla, se non fai così il termometro non funziona. Cosa alquanto assurda comunque dopo essere abbastanza scocciata mi dice cambia pure con quello che vuoi a parte l'alimentare. Inizio a fare un giro e mentre sto guardando torna la commessa e mi dice che con le regole Covid l'iva dei termometri è al 5 % e quindi dovevo cambiarla con una cosa alla stessa iva. Tutte cose abbastanza care perché erano aeresol, umidificatori ecc. Ma non capisco perché anche pagando la differenza non possa cambiarlo con un prodotto che mi serve, alla fine dopo tanta maleducazione delle commesse e poco aiuto e serietà, mi hanno obbligato a comprare un diffusore con la differenza di 5€, cosa che non mi serviva affatto quindi ho buttato 30€ in cose che non mi servono per colpa delle commesse. Se avevo trovato dei prezzi vantaggiosi nel reparto alimentare e quindi avrei acquistato ancora da voi, adesso avete perso una cliente per questa scortesia e recensirò anche il vostro negozio tra le mie amiche mamme, perché umiliata in questo modo con un bambino in grembo e uno nel passeggino, non lo sono mai stata, anzi avreste solo guadagnato da me e quando ho detto che avreste perso una cliente la loro risposta è stata 'ce ne faremo una ragione'. Maleducate, scortesi, arroganti e con poca voglia di lavorare. Mai più. On Sunday 19 September I went to the shop for the first time, while I was doing the various purchases being pregnant I urgently needed to go to the bathroom, reading on the toilet door to ask for the key at the cashier, I ask and they tell me that they do not have the woman who cleans the bathroom so for Covid they can't let me use it. Being urgent I paid for what I had chosen and left, otherwise I would have bought again, however I spent € 83, including an ear thermometer and food. Eventually I arrive home, the thermometer does not work, it always marks 37.8 of fever for both me and the child, which I checked with another thermometer and we were all fine. However, after several tests, I find that the thermometer does not work and on Monday 20 I still go to the shop to change it and buy the rest of the things that I was unable to take the day before. I tell the saleswoman the problem and she tells me that the thermometer gets high because it must always remain in the child's room without ever going out and that after having tested the temperature you have to wait ten minutes to try it again, if you don't do this the thermometer won't work. Something rather absurd, however, after being quite annoyed, she tells me it also changes with what you want apart from food. I start to take a tour and while I am looking at the order comes back and tells me that with the Covid rules the VAT on the thermometers is 5% and therefore I had to change it with something at the same VAT. All quite expensive because they were aeresols, humidifiers etc. But I don't understand why even paying the difference I can't change it with a product I need, in the end after so much rudeness of the orders and little help and seriousness, they forced me to buy a speaker with the difference of 5 €, which I didn't need at all so I threw 30 € in things that I do not need because of the orders. If I had found advantageous prices in the food department and therefore I would have bought from you again, now you have lost a customer for this rudeness and I will also review your shop among my mothers friends, because humiliated in this way with a child in the womb and one in the stroller, I have never been, in fact you would only have gained from me and when I said you would lose a customer their response was 'we'll get over it'. Rude, rude, arrogant and with little desire to work. Never again.
S	Sandra Dellafiore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 anni fa ho iniziato a frequentare questo negozio quando aspettavo la mia bimba e frequentavo corsi interessanti, da allora è diventato tappa fissa e ogni settimana un saltino lo facciamo la mia bimba e io anche solo per un "fruttino", così cogliamo l'occasione per spiare i prodotti nuovi e per raccogliere consigliare in base a ciò di cui c'è bisogno. Insomma, super! 4 years ago I started going to this shop when I was expecting my little girl and I attended interesting courses, since then it has become a fixed stop and every week a little jump is done by my little girl and I even just for a "fruit", so we take the opportunity to spy on new products and to collect advise based on what is needed.
