Il problema è il servizio clienti: orari quantomeno strani (al pomeriggio il customer service riapre alle 15:30), difficile prendere la linea, non si sa mai con chi si sta parlando.
Nello specifico, ho chiesto di spedire il pacco ad un indirizzo diverso da quello della mia azienda. Quando mi hanno mandato il contratto, l'indirizzo era uguale. Ho quindi richiamato per chiedere di modificare il contratto, e la seconda volta me l'hanno mandato corretto.
Alla fine, nonostante le numerose raccomandazioni, il pacco è comunque arrivato alla mia azienda (peraltro, nella sede legale) e non al cliente.
Ho cercato di chiedere spiegazioni, ma non ci sono risposte.
Peccato perché, ripeto, la stampa è buona.
DOPO LA RISPOSTA DEL FORNITORE: confermo che il reparto spedizione si è fatto carico del problema ed aveva programmato il ritiro del pacco per rispedirlo al cliente finale. Non mi fa alzare di una stella la revisione, ma lo farei per l'impegno.

The problem is customer service: at least strange times (in the afternoon the customer service reopens at 15:30), difficult to take the line, you never know who you're talking to.
Specifically, I asked to send the package to a different address than my company. When they sent me the contract, the address was the same. I then called back to ask to modify the contract, and the second time they sent it to me correct.
In the end, despite the numerous recommendations, the package nevertheless arrived at my company (moreover, at the registered office) and not at the customer.
I tried to ask for explanations, but there are no answers.
Too bad because, I repeat, the press is good.
AFTER THE SUPPLIER'S ANSWER: I confirm that the shipping department took care of the problem and had scheduled the package to be returned to the final customer. It doesn't make me raise the review by one star, but I would do it for commitment.

Dopo 4 mesi dall'installazione smette di funzionare (trasformatore bruciato perché di scarsissima qualità) e l'azienda si rifiuta di rispondere in garanzia in barba alle leggi a tutela del consumatore. Venditore sconsigliato
Purchased a bright frame paid over 500 euros. Delivery after 2 months, and immediately reported the poor quality of construction. After 4 months of installation it stops working (transformer burned because of very poor quality) and the company refuses to respond under warranty in defiance of consumer protection laws. Seller not recommended

Per motivi di "aggiornamento dati" della mia attività ho fatto rifare una delle due targhe.
Quando ho smontato la targa da sostituire ho notato subito che era ancora praticamente come nuova (nonostante sia stata esposta all'esterno per 2 anni ed in balia delle peggio intemperie).
Quella nuova, arrivata oggi, è stupenda tanto quanto la precedente! Ottima qualità dei materiali, molto elegante, ben rifinita e sono certa sarà super resistente come la precedente. SODDISFATTISSIMA! 5 stelle ampiamente meritate (se si potesse anche 6)!
I ordered the first 2 outdoor license plates in 2019.
For reasons of "data update" of my business, I had one of the two plates redone.
When I removed the plate to be replaced I immediately noticed that it was still practically like new (despite having been exposed outside for 2 years and at the mercy of the worst weather).
The new one, arrived today, is as beautiful as the previous one! Excellent quality of materials, very elegant, well finished and I am sure it will be super resistant like the previous one. VERY SATISFIED! Well deserved 5 stars (if you could even 6)!
