Precedente commento : Mia moglie Il 25giugno 2021 fatto il contratto del 110% , il 29 luglio 2021 pagato un acconto di 1500 euro per il sopraluogo tecnico , a settembre ed a ottobre sollecitiamo per mail , telefono , nessuna risposta , il nulla , il commerciale di riferimento con una telefonata dice di stare tranquilli che verranno a novembre , poi più nulla i tecnici non si sono visti , nessuna comunicazione , dopo 6 mesi di nulla abbiamo dato la disdetta ora vediamo se ci rimborseranno l'acconto avuto per fare nulla !!! Ho stipulato un contratto con la INVENT SRL attraverso la green team srl di pescara a maggio 2021 promettendomi che tutto sarebbe stato concluso nel massimo di 90 giorni. Vengono eseguiti vari sopralluoghi e mi viene chiesto di versare 1000 che avrei dovuto recuperare a fine lavori. Visto il protrarsi della pratica oltre le tempistiche promesse cerco di contattarli in tutti i modi ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta da parte loro. A marzo 2022 mandano un contratto di rescissione dicendo che non sarebbero stati in grado di procedere per l'aumento dei costi. In più si sono trattenuti le 1000 euro. DELUDENTE, SCONSIGLIO FORTEMENTE SIA LA INVENT CHE LA GREEN TEAM DI PESCARA. if i could put zero stars i would. Ho chiamato decine di volte il numero verde senza successo, decine e decine di mail. Inviato pec ma tornata in dietro per casella piena. Passerò per vie legali [aggiornamento del 16 maggio] abbiamo ricevuto l'accredito dovuto per cui da 1 stella la porto a 3. Ma il mio giudizio rimane negativo.
D	Davide Giavatto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratto fatto a Settembre 2020 per lavori 110% mi manca solo la parte infissi il quale mi è arrivata un email dicendo che per mia richiesta(cosa non vera) rinuncio e chiedo di chiudere il contratto.... Quando da contratto c'è scritto che ci sarebbe stata l istallazione degli infissi. Risultato: ho dato tutto in mano al legale che provvederà di fare una diffida ed andare avanti per vie legali. Vanni Biscotto un jolly che fa la differenza in questa bella realtà italiana. After about 10 months, the works of the SuperBonus 110 have finally been completed, all done in an excellent way, albeit with some snags but in the end, an excellent result, Geom. Vanni Biscotto a wild card that makes the difference in this beautiful Italian reality.
S	Sandra Michela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perchè 0 purtroppo ancora non è possibile. all'interno del progetto di riqualificazione energetica superbonus110, un parto che ha avuto inizio il 28 giugno 2021 con l'emissione della prima fattura (di acconto di euro 1000) pagata il successivo 12 luglio. siamo stati ricontattati a meta settembre con quella che sarebbe stata poi una falsa promessa, ovvero che sarei stata ricontattata dallo studio tecnico per i primi sopralluoghi. Da lì in poi ho periodicamente contattato Invent per avere informazioni sull'avanzamento che mancava. solamente a Febbraio 2022 vengo informata del fatto che Invent non ha nemmeno mai accettato il mio contratto. Ci è stato promesso dall'azienda che la fattura sarebbe stata restituita (sperando non venga adempiuto con gli stessi criteri e tempi del resto...). sconsiglio fortemente l'azienda burocraticamente e come adempimenti, magari i prodotti sono anche buoni ma non lo saprò mai... Ricevuta mail con note di accredito per fatture di acconto pagate ma ad oggi nessun bonifico ricevuto nonostante i solleciti. Questo non è giustificabile. Contract 110 canceled and several months lost waiting for a contact. The lack of material and continuous regulatory changes should be considered as mitigating factors. Received e-mail with credit notes for prepaid invoices paid but to date no bank transfer received despite the reminders. This is not justifiable.

Ho fatto il Superbonus con Invent e sono estremamente soddisfatto del risultato ottenuto, con l'installazione di prodotti innovativi di assoluta qualità e installatori altrettanto professionali. Da poco più di un mese Enel ha connesso il mio impianto Fotovoltaico e ora anch'io posso considerarmi "Green", pensate che in un mese ho evitato emissioni di CO2 in atmosfera per oltre 300 kg. non male direi. Consigliatissimo. Seriously organized and structured company, probably the best on the Italian scene. I made the Superbonus with Invent and I am extremely satisfied with the result obtained, with the installation of innovative products of the highest quality and equally professional installers. For just over a month, Enel has connected my photovoltaic system and now I too can consider myself "Green", just think that in one month I have avoided CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by over 300 kg. not bad I would say. Highly recommended.
