m	marco rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato invogliato da una pubblicità pressante via mail e dopo averli contattati e spiegato nei dettagli la situazione abbiamo firmato un contratto per il recupero di una piccola somma. Il contratto prevedeva l'esborso immediato di 250€ e una percentuale sul recuperato. Alla mia richiesta di azzerare l'anticipo e portare al 70% la loro commissione sul recuperato mi hanno risposto picche. Lì dovevo capire che non avrebbero recuperato mai nulla. Io ho sbagliato, ho firmato e ho pagato. L'unica cosa che ho ricevuto in cambio è stata una mail in cui mi dicevano che, come avevo anticipato io a loro, non era possibile recuperare la somma in via stragiudiziale. Posso pensare che sono dei raccoglitori di anticipi ma a pensar male si fa peccato... I was enticed by a pressing advertisement via email and after contacting them and explaining the situation in detail we signed a contract for the recovery of a small sum. The contract provided for the immediate outlay of € 250 and a percentage of the recovered amount. To my request to reset the advance and bring their commission on the recovered to 70%, they replied spades. There I had to understand that they would never recover anything. I was wrong, I signed and I paid. The only thing I received in return was an email in which they told me that, as I had anticipated to them, it was not possible to recover the sum out of court. I can think that they are collectors of advances but to think badly it is a pity ...

After I provided them all required information, we agreed on their remuneration and since then they did not send me any information. I always had to ask about the progress and every time got an information that they did actually nothing. After 4 months there is no result and when I asked them to do an action (bring our debtor to the court) they asked extra money - even though we agreed in the begining that this remuneration is included. I consider this as they betrayed us.
