A mai più INTREND!
Questa mattina, quindi poche ore fa ho preso un vestito e soltanto arrivata a casa mi sono resa conto della macchia sul bordo posteriore. Ho immediatamente chiamato ed avvisato chiedendo di poterlo cambiare. Risposta della povera ragazza che mi ha risposto: "normalmente non cambiamo ma la faccio parlare con la responsabile"...Per farla breve, la responsabile non mi ha voluto parlare e la povera commessa mortificata, mi ha confermato che non mi avrebbero cambiato l'abito.
Non mi vedrete mai più...vi consiglio di non affiliarvi, il pacco e sempre dietro la "grande occasione".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che in passato ho fatto diversi acquisti, ma ultimamente non trovando i capi che mi interessavano (consulto sempre il sito internet) non mi sono più recata in negozio. Oggi che invece ero in zona con mia mamma, abbiamo deciso di fare una capatina per vedere e approfittare di qualche occasione. Abbiamo dato un'occhiata al piano terra (vestiti un pò troppo ammassati che rendono difficile individuare qualcosa di buono) ci rechiamo al piano superiore. Mia mamma, 82 anni, ha appoggiato la borsetta sul bancone (5 secondi) per tirare fuori una bottiglietta di acqua per prendere una pasticca per il cuore, ha abbassato la mascherina per ingoiare la pillola, ma a quel punto, sbuca da non so dove, una commessa acida come uno yogurt scaduto che la apostrofa in malo modo invitandola ad indossare la mascherina. Mia mamma le risponde in modo educato che se l'era abbassata per prendere una pastiglia, e la simpaticona, sempre in malo modo la invita ad allontanarsi alla svelta e recarsi a fare "quelle cose" in bagno perchè ci sono delle regole.
Ok, a quel punto intervengo, facendo notare che NON siamo entrate senza mascherina, NON abbiamo detto che non la volevamo indossare....si è trattato di un gesto fatto sovrapensiero da una signora anziana che, mortificata, non ha avuto nemmeno coraggio di rispondere.
Ho fatto notare alla commessa che ci sono diversi modi di rivolgersi alla gente, anche quando sbaglia senza volerlo....
Ho chiamato mia mamma e le ho detto che ce ne saremmo andate SUBITO, che gli acquisti li avremmo fatti da un'altra parte dove le commesse hanno più voglia di lavorare e di essere gentili, perchè in fondo...siamo noi clienti che le facciamo lo stipendio.
Intrend? NO GRAZIE.
I state that in the past I have made several purchases, but lately not finding the items that interested me (I always consult the website) I have not gone to the store anymore. Today, however, that I was in the area with my mom, we decided to take a trip to see and take advantage of some opportunities. We took a look at the ground floor (clothes a little too crowded which make it difficult to identify something good) we go upstairs. My 82-year-old mum put her purse on the counter (5 seconds) to pull out a bottle of water to get a heart lozenge, pulled down the mask to swallow the pill, but at that point, she pops out from I don't know where , a saleswoman as acidic as an expired yogurt who addresses her in a bad way inviting her to wear a mask. My mom replies politely that she had lowered it to take a pill, and the funny guy, always in a bad way, invites her to get away quickly and go to do "those things" in the bathroom because there are rules.
Ok, at that point I intervene, pointing out that we did NOT enter without a mask, we did NOT say that we did not want to wear it .... it was a gesture made by an elderly lady who, mortified, did not even have the courage to reply.
I pointed out to the saleswoman that there are different ways to address people, even when they make a mistake without meaning to ....
I called my mom and told her that we would leave IMMEDIATELY, that we would make the purchases somewhere else where the orders have more desire to work and to be kind, because after all ... we are the customers who make them. we do the salary.
