★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just remind you that they do tax return. But you should tell them before you pay otherwise they don't do any tax return after you pay. But the ridiculous thing is there is no any tax return sign in the store. Today I just ask if they do tax return or not but the lady who working is there seems so mad when I was asking. Because there is no sign to show that so that's why I am asking. I think it's a kind of cheating customer and there is absolutely no customer service in there. Usually the stuff in the counter ask the customer if they need tax return before they pay especially they know the customer is not Milanese or Italian. I won't go there anymore.
