Si viene accolti con freddezza ed atteggiamento sbrigativo, il cliente è sollecitato a definire con precisione e senza tentennamenti le proprie richieste, altrimenti si viene liquidati in fretta. Inoltre, sempre secondo la proprietaria, il cliente deve entrare solo dopo aver studiato attentamente la vetrina. Esco quasi sempre da questa merceria con la sensazione di essere stata rimproverata. Non ci tornerò.

Dopo 10 giorni torno chiedendo un cambio merce e mi dicono che fanno cambi solo il giorno dopo l'acquisto....modalità in uso solo in quell'esercizio.... capisco perché cessa l'attività dopo tanti anni di servizio
Quality items. Cold and detached service. I bought an item for the elderly and distant mother. After 10 days I come back asking for a change of goods and they tell me that they make changes only the day after the purchase .... mode in use only in that year .... I understand why the business ceases after so many years of service
