catena come la vostra si può benissimo permettere, non penso che verrò più a fare acquisti nei vostri negozi.

È vero che è facoltativo ma essendo un negozio piccolo e con poca varietà rispetto ad altri esercizi, dovrebbero tenere ad avere clienti fissi. A me li hanno restituiti perché ho insistito e la proprietaria ha anche cercato di umiliarmi dicendo di cambiare città. Forse è lei che dovrebbe cambiare mestiere se è questo il modo in cui tratta i clienti.
