★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there is another intimissimi directly across from this store that is for men, whereas this store is for women. the intimissimi uomo has been closed for several weeks, however the intimissimi woman store across the street remains open. after voicing requests within the open store and online with the corporate office, no one is willing to retrieve an item from the mens store to be able to purchase it. this policy and behavior make no sense. it is a total loss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an item last night and asked the store assistant if she had a fresh item from the drawer. She said she didn't have one for me. Walked past the store 5 mins later and she was putting a fresh replacement on the shelf. Extremely poor customer service they only care about doing the minimum for tourists. Terrible experience.
