β β β β β Una valanga di commesse che si fanno i fatti loro ignorando totalmente la clientela, tutte estremamente maleducate e svogliate. La commessa a cui ho chiesto una mano ci mancava poco che mi ridesse in faccia.
Potrei continuare all'infinito con i commenti negativi, ma direi che già così rende bene l'idea.
An avalanche of orders that go about their business while totally ignoring the customers, all extremely rude and listless. The saleswoman I asked for a hand was close to laughing in my face.
I could go on and on with the negative comments, but I would say that it already gives a good idea.

β β β β β Il 4 Novembre scorso ho acquistato presso il vostro negozio due reggiseni e uno slip.
Per un mio errore sulla taglia dei reggiseni, e non vivendo in Italia, ho provato a fare il cambio nel mio paese di residenza(Svezia) ma non era possibile. Ho chiamato oggi 12 novembre al vostro negozio Γ¨ parlato con una commessa che, a sua volta a parlato con un responsabile, per chiedere se avessi potuto cambiali appena ritornavo a Milano, il 14 dicembre, 10 giorni dopo i canoni 30 giorni per il cambio (volevo solo cambiare la taglia).
Mi Γ¨ stato detto di no, nessun tipo di flessibilitΓ per un cliente solo per 10 giorni di differenza.
Per fortuna la responsabile del negozio in Svezia, mi ha richiamata in negozio dicendomi che avrebbero fatta unβeccezione. Super contenta di loro, molto scontenta di voi. Peccato!
On November 4th I bought two bras and a slip at your store.
Due to my mistake about the size of the bras, and not living in Italy, I tried to change in my country of residence (Sweden) but it was not possible. I called today 12 November at your shop and spoke to a saleswoman who, in turn, spoke to a manager, to ask if I could exchange them as soon as I returned to Milan, on December 14, 10 days after the fees 30 days for the change ( just wanted to change the size).
I was told no, no kind of flexibility for one customer just for 10 days of difference.
Fortunately, the manager of the shop in Sweden called me back to the shop and told me that they would make an exception. Super happy with them, very unhappy with you. Sin!

β β β β β Incompetent, rude, unprofessional staff. the girl who "helped" me looked like she was on drugs (not in a good fun way). they YELLED at a client who was complaining for the long queue to pay. I asked a question about a bra, they again yelled at me not to touch it (i was not) and then seemed very bothered having to explain stuff.
I never review poor service since i understand what a tiring job it is, but i've never seen anything like this in Milan before...
Intimissimi got worse and worse in the last years, 100% will not shop here anymore, and am considering to say goodbye to the entire brand.
TL;DR: staff is super rude, take your money elsewhere.
