★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fate bene attenzione ai prezzi presenti sui cartellini prima di andare in cassa perché è capitato che il prezzo segnato fosse inferiore e che al momento del pagamento le commesse non abbiano ben compreso il LORO errore, rifiutandosi - in maniera oltretutto cafona, scortese e maleducata - di applicare il prezzo esposto nonostante mi spettasse per legge e pensando pure di essere dalla parte della ragione (“ti sto dicendo che è un errore” cit.).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto confusionario, con merce accatastata in modo molto casuale, i prezzi spesso non corrispondono al prezzo effettivo, personale poco disponibile, spesso il negozio è molto affollato. Va bene che siamo in un outlet, ma un minimo di ordine e gentilezza sarebbe carino riceverli, come si è abituati nei negozi della catena

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo punto vendita, ci tengo a precisare che non c'erano in negozio molti clienti: solo 3 ragazze e un'altra distante da loro che piegava la merce, le 3 ragazze alla cassa a parlare della loro vita privata e a voce alta davanti a tutti i clienti a dire:per fortuna tra 2 ore si chiude (sbuffando), sono andata a chiedere aiuto e a quanto pare ho disturbato le loro chiacchere. Infastidita una commessa mi ha detto che le taglie erano lì, io avevo chiesto se poteva farmi vedere un modello preciso, ma la commessa non mi ha proprio considerata, ho cercato da sola anche nel camerino, e anche lì sono stata aggredita da un'altra commessa che pensavo fosse andata a provare, l'unica ragazza gentile che mi ha detto che non c'erano le taglie del modello che cercavo ma forse se ripassavo le avrei trovate. In cassa al momento del pagamento ho fatto notare alle ragazze la loro non disponibilità e che non si erano comportate in maniera professionale e invece di scusarsi hanno avuto un atteggiamento aggressivo e molto scortese, sono rimasta delusa.... Pessima esperienza

At the checkout at the time of payment I pointed out to the girls their unavailability and that they had not behaved professionally and instead of apologizing they had an aggressive and very rude attitude, I was disappointed .... Bad experience
