★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un primo acquisto ho fatto un cambio merce con l’intenzione di acquistare altri prodotti , ho chiesto se ci fossero promozioni in corso e mi stato detto di sì ma poi purtroppo non sono state applicate al mio acquisto… alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi sono sentita dire che ormai lo scontrino era stampato e “ non si poteva tornare indietro “ e che ero io a non aver capito. Un atteggiamento un po’ troppo drastico e sicuramente poco commerciale.

After a first purchase I made a change of goods with the intention of buying other products, I asked if there were any promotions in progress and I was told yes but then unfortunately they were not applied to my purchase ... to my request for explanations I heard that by now the receipt was printed and "there was no going back" and that it was I who did not understand. An attitude that is a little too drastic and certainly not very commercial.
