★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevamo sottolineare alle commesse del negozio che per vendere la merce non bisogna trarre in inganno il cliente. Abbiamo acquistato un costume e ci è stato detto ad ENTRAMBI che nel caso fosse stato piccolo, vi era la taglia più grande. È inutile dire che, per la buona fede, non abbiamo preso in considerazione di provarlo in negozio. Arrivati a casa il costume è risultato piccolo e abbiamo tempestivamente chiamato per comunicare il cambio. Con grande sorpresa ci è stato risposto che avevamo capito male e che entro un mese siamo obbligati a scegliere qualcos'altro in cambio.... Qualcos'altro che non serve! Neanche un mese fa abbiamo acquistato magliette,slip e calze.
Alla fine 50€ spesi inutilmente per noi mentre un guadagno in più sicuramente per voi.
Ma per 50€ avete PERSO di certo un cliente!!!!
We wanted to emphasize the shop's orders that to sell the goods, the customer must not be misled. We purchased a costume and we were told BOTH that if it was small, it was the largest size. Needless to say, in good faith, we didn't consider trying it out in the store. When we got home the costume was small and we promptly called to communicate the change. With great surprise we were told that we had misunderstood and that within a month we are forced to choose something else in return .... Something else that is not needed! Not even a month ago we bought shirts, briefs and socks.
In the end 50 € spent unnecessarily for us while an extra gain certainly for you.
But for 50 € you certainly LOST a customer !!!!

I love this shop, whenever I go in, I go out with some complete underwear, pajamas or some other item. The quality of the products is really good, the prices are not very cheap. The staff is fantastic and they always recommend me very well. Highly recommended shop

La struttura si trova lungo la via principale di Ventimiglia a pochi metri dalla stazione ferroviaria. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano numerosi posti auto e moto che permettono ai clienti di posteggiare i veicoli agevolmente. L'interno del locale è molto ben organizzato e strutturato, il personale presente è cortese e disponibile. Non abbiamo trovato quello che cercavo. Torneremo in futuro perché la qualità dei prodotti è molto valida.
I went to the Intimissimi Donna store to look for a thermal shirt for my partner. The property is located along the main street of Ventimiglia, a few meters from the train station. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous parking spaces and motorcycles that allow customers to park their vehicles easily. The interior of the restaurant is very well organized and structured, the staff is courteous and helpful. We didn't find what I was looking for. We will come back in the future because the quality of the products is very valid.
